Moreover, about the dramatic tone shift between this arc and the last with foxy, Oda inserted that foxy arc in order to break up the Skypia arc and the current water 7 arc. Because the manga does not have the fillers seen in the anime, I believe Oda wanted to add some levity in between two arcs which are action-packed but because the anime added more filler to Oda's semi-filler arc it just made it even more ridiculous...

2020-12-11 07:58:40 +0000 UTCJust for some clarification, all bounties are listed as wanted dead OR alive so it doesn't really matter if Aokiji or anyone else kills them the bounty is still valid. On that note, however, I don't know if Aokiji can collect on the bounty given that he is an Admiral of the navy so capturing them is just part of his job.

2020-12-10 22:26:58 +0000 UTCAdmirals are far beyond anyone in the series. They're not like Vice Admirals and weak. Admirals are fucking bonkers strong. But, not all warlords are equal. Mihawk is likely the strongest and one of the stronger characters in the entire series. But yeah, Aokiji is pretty fucking strong. Luffy stood zero chance against him no matter what he does. Aokiji is a pretty ...cool guy, ALso Aokiji was jsut toying with him the entire time. He wasn't remotely serious.

2020-12-10 22:21:18 +0000 UTCWell now that you have seen an Adrmial, you see that trhere are people on a whole other level (just like Mihawk was defeating Zoro). From now on the Show will literally shift up gears and its probably the best part iof the show so far :D:D Aokiji is a real powerhouse and he wasnt actually fighting them, he overpowered all of them without moving (the monstertrio) and basicly annihilate them in seconds if he really wanted to xD Also the Name AOkiji means "Blue Pheasant" while Akainu is "Red Dog" and Kizaru is "Yellow Monkey" (the Admirals mentiond by Robin).
