Made a couple of takes on that movie from way back. It made an impression. This painting is closest to the original but I did a couple of other takes just for the heck of it and for Patrons too of course.
No attempt was made to exactly portray the wonderful Kelly Lebrock in that movie because A.I. spoiled that for me. It made the effort and time a waste really. This was fun to do nonetheless.

Just a couple of takes on weird science, a movie that actually made a big impression on everybody, way back in the days. I don't think a remake is in the stars because of lack of courage but it would be nice to see with modern special effects. It might be impossible to find a new Kelly Lebrock though.
I didn't try to exactly portray her because A.I. took all the fun out of that. But it was fun to do it like this.

I've been slow posting the past week. Sorry about that! I do have a whole bunch of new stuff but my dog was ill and I couldn't get myself to making all the different versions. This one I did before Halloween. My dog got operated on yesterday so she should be okay again soon (5 molars removed en 4 small ones were a.w.o.l already). She's almost 14 yrs and that's old for a dog that size. Anyway, I'll try to pick up pace next week. The aliens didn't complain. They took their time with their poor ...

It has nothing to do with Halloween because that has passed they tell me. And why would it. Vampirs are active all year. Nights that is, of course. Daywalkers are only a 'Blade' thing. This dude looks more like Nosferatu. Luckily his bride is much more to look at. 😁

I have a couple broom riders for you. The season is almost over again. The big trick and treat runs will happen soon. Not in my country (NL) of course, although it seems to be on the increase here too. I've seen a couple gardens with pretty nice halloween decorations and lets be honest; the number of gardens that look like cemeteries anyway, because of all the gravel and stone is staggering all year long. Not for halloween reasons of course

Around Halloween visiting a cemetery can be really hazardous. So, be careful out there, wear good running shoes and maybe carry something with extended magazines too. Good luck! 😊

I know the bikini is ridiculous but I need to post on Insta and such as well so I can't really avoid it. Well, I could blur or make bars but I find that much more annoying myself)
