Some of that damage was from Mihawk, but most of it actually came from having to fight the Sea Kings as they tried to escape the Grand Line through the Calm Belt. Once you're in the Grand Line, the Calm Belts are actually the only way out. As for Sea Kings, they actually live all over the Grand Line, but they're just the most numerous in the Calm Belts (and its also the biggest ones that live there). That was a Sea King that bit off Shanks's arm when Luffy was a kid, but it was way smaller than these ones.... Finally, yes, Nami's boobs are bigger. Its kind of gonna be a running theme from now on. :P

But actually, the best mistake I did when watching One Piece without the fillers was coming back to them, seeing the powerscaling at that time like some small movies. It works great when you miss to watch OP after you caught up!
