I really love the Nami feelings from going from happy and tell the villagers she collect it all again, to cry when Gen-san hugs her, to being really angry stabbing her tattoo on her arm.

The second half of 61 is NOT filler and should NOT be skipped.

Honestly I love the fillers but people gonna press you to skip them which is fine just watch them on your own time plus Luffy always wanted to be a pirate so of course he will get a bounty on his head

Be aware 54-61 are filler episodes so they don't affect the story at all and are skip able the one filler arc really worth watching is G8

I think like the dub line better during Luffy and Arlong's final face off. "This room isn't anything but her jail cell. I have to tear this place apart!" I like Luffy's English VA in general, but she does her best work at the scenes when Luffy is really pissed off. Or when he's yelling (which is good, because he yells a lot).
One thing I haven't really thought much about Nami's tatoo before, but in addition to Bellemere and Gen, its also a tribute to Nojiko. Nojiko got her tattoo to make Nami feel better about the one Arlong gave her. She didn't need to get a new tattoo, but having one let's her keep that connection with Nojiko, too.
This arc is kind of the last litmus test for if One Piece will appeal to someone. If Arlong Park doesn't get you into it, you aren't going to get into it. This arc has a bit of everything that One Piece is known for. Developed characters, deep storytelling, good action that shows off different characters's strengths, and a full range of emotions.

Oda is such a great writer he always have a mini plot aside from the main story such as the pinwheel that will help tie up everything and conclude an arc with the most satisfying conclusion.
