they didnt KNOW he wanted to be popular... they just mad a million guesses until they got the right one. Like those fake psychics do. Now you know what the 100 in Mob Psycho 100 means. As for you saying "dont make him mad". Nope that happens when he has ANY emotion... even happiness.. thats why he wouldnt laugh, he even said as much. Also now that you see him in that form and fight like that, does that not look familiar to something/someone you seen in the previous episodes?
