We ( one piece fans ) want ofc more episodes , but he's already giving so much time to one piece reactions . He is doing 6 episodes per week and that's fair enough compared to other shows .

He may not be a "liar" in the literal sense of the word, but by setting the Marines on Nami, he's double crossing her to make sure she CAN'T fulfill their agreement. Don't make excuses for him being a manipulator.

Johnny and Yosaku always say "by a hair" even if they got their ass handed to them.

Arlong didn't technically lie, but he did sabotage Nami by tipping off Col. Nezumi that she must have it stashed away somewhere. That's why when we first met Arlong he was in a meeting with the Colonel.

In regards to the sea creture being strong, at this point in One Piece, being huge and big is always regarded as being strong.

Thats a twisted way to look at it. the truth is Arlong was gonna get his 100 mill when it was gathered but she was getting close to being done with the deal and he sold her out. Thats worst than lying

Arlong didn't lie. Nami just failed to give him 100,000,000 beri. If she did then he would hold up his end of the agreement

I would also like to point out that your point that Arlong would obviously lie to nami is somewhat unfounded. he actually hasnt lied at all on screen. he seems to be catagorized as lawful evil in that he will always follow his word to the letter of the law, but its your fault if you didnt see a loophole in it. I think it actually gives him a unique characteristic instead of just an evil guy and its sort of makes sense when you fully understand his backstory.

The walk! But as awesome as the walk is, the scene leading up to it is amazing. Luffy never cared about why Nami's in trouble or how dangerous it is: All he needed was for her to give the word and he's happy to help. And Nami's voice actress does wonderful with her breakdown. I highly recommend watching the dub version of the scene on your own time at some point, Luci Christian does a fantastic job with it as well. (And before anyone gets on my ass about it, I'm not saying its BETTER. In fact, I think this version is better. But I think they're both good)

Nami asking Luffy for help is one of the most iconic scenes in the whole series
