After a few months off I'm trying to get back into lifting so it was a late night for me. After a quick session at the gym I chugged down a mass gainer and then stopped for some McDonald's on the way at home. It was late and I was already quite stuffed but I knew I had to max out my calories, so I chugged down 4 pints of melted ice cream. 🍦🍦
The shake and ice cream alone is about 6500 calories so I know my daily calories must've been super high. I filmed this wearing a tight 4xl shirt I used to wear to the gym (and still occasionally do 😈)
I think to gut is starting to really blow up and I'm really noticing the effects this challenge is having on me. At the end of the video I was so stuffed I had to quickly stop filming and go lay down with my cpap on to let my swollen gut rest. 🐖
