Style Exercise 02: Gil
Added 2024-06-19 22:11:34 +0000 UTCOver the last couple of weeks, I have been experimenting a ton with my art! I am trying to figure out the direction I take my style in the future. To test different styles, I did several exercises with friends' characters and my own. (Also I figured out how to do timelapses!)
For the second exercise, I choose to do a piece of Gil! For this experiment, I was playing with bold lines. In hopes to make the character pop out more, I left the outer lines black and only colored the interior ones. I still used softer shading, since I thought that could contrast nicely with the sharper lines!
