Alright, so, you mentioned you'd like to read the manga without spoiling yourself for season 4. As someone who's also stayed spoiler-free for season 4, this is what I was able to find (credit to the /r/ShingekiNoKyojin mods): Season 1 ended on Chapter 33 (middle of Volume 8). Season 2 ended on Chapter 51 (start of Volume 13). Season 3 ended on Chapter 90 (end of Volume 22). It is recommended by the /r/ShingekiNoKyojin mods to read Chapters 51-69 to see some details and character development cut from the anime, and Chapters 86-89 to read some small but important cut dialogue. DO NOT DO THIS UNTIL AFTER SEASON 3. Personally, I would skip this just in case they cut back to it somehow in season 4. (They've already spliced scenes into the anime that took place earlier or later in the manga, so it's not entirely unheard of for them to do that.)

Other human beings are the things that should worry/scare you the most.
