New Tier!

I've been thinking recently about how to give thanks to our Patrons. Had this been YouTube I would have a screen that gives thanks to everybody by name, but it is far more cumbersome via audio-only podcast. My solution was to create a new tier so that I will thank all of our patrons generally, followed by specific shout-outs to any of our $10+ donors.

You can always opt-out by messaging me and letting me know if you don't want your name mentioned during the show.

Long time no hear!

Hello, Guilders!  Sorry we've been so quiet on here - we really do appreciate you but we've been in a bit of a rut for content lately, and it's been tricky just to even get episodes ready each week, let alone bonus content to reward our patrons. It has been weighing heavily on us because we really do appreciate all of you and we would love to be able to give back to you somehow.

Abandoned Episode

A couple weeks ago, Paul and I tried to shoot from the hip, but ended up shooting ourselves in the foot. The resulting episode was so bad we decided we had to abandon it and record something else instead.

And of course, now that I'm done editing it and I just uploaded it to Patreon, I suddenly just thought of like three games I should have talked about.

Sometimes, to make an episode a good length, we have to cut out good sections. Sometimes those sections are better than some parts that make it into the show, they just happen to be easier to cut. So here's one of those sections, for your enjoyment. Taken from the May 20, 2019 episode, which hasn't actually posted yet at the time I put this up, so consider it a sneak peak, but not.

Cut this section out of the Colonel's Bequest episode because we were just too sidetracked at this point and there was no going back. However, we did have some interesting musics about games so it was worth posting for our awesome Patreon supporters. Once, again, I apologize for our unintentional hiatus last month, but I hope flooding you guys this week makes up for it a bit. :)
