Also Eren was acting so passive because he didn't want to believe they were Titans. He doesn't want to believe that these people who are his friends, comrades are responsible for all that death and destruction. Same problem he had with Annie.

You can see much of Reiner's inner turmoil in the past few episodes. It all comes down to the line: "If only I hadn't know you guys". Annie, Berthold and Reiner have the mission to destroy humanity for some reason, but having lived with them for years, making friends must weigh heavily on them. They're actions aren't affecting nameless people anymore, but people they've trained with, fought with for years. Even Annie is affected by this sentiment. There are multiple times where she puts herself in harms way to save someone from their group. Complete their mission as Warriors or save their comrades as Soldiers? This is what Reiner seems to struggle with and he's chosen to be a warrior.

Second , I won't say anything about the next episodes or after that but you are watching a different and rare anime that put small details but it's very important maybe you won't notice but it's there as a line or an action in the background or a face expressions! .. yup all that is how I figured it out in the fist season, the second they revealed annie was a titan I was like... ok I know who those other 2 titans are then, and sure enough it was them. All 3 of them were always together in the first season, the titans kinda look like how they look in human form, and the only ppl that look CLOSE to the Armored titan in Reiner so Im like the Colossal must the Bertolt. It was even more obvious in the previous episodes when Reiner recognized the language that Ymir could read and then it was revealed that she was a titan, Im like if shes a titan and can read whatever that language is and Reiner recognizes it and is surprised she can read it then he MUST be one too.

If you watch the Reiner / Annie-Titan episode again, note that the anime made a beat out of Reiner tugging off his hood to show his face, and his being recognized by Annie during his ascent. Also check the several episodes of puzzling dialogue among Annie, Reiner and Bertolt during the battle of Trost. And, during the end of high tower battle, if you look carefully, you can see Bertolt about to bite his hand. Lots of hints and setup, but hard to see the first viewing.
