The female titan was looking for Eren so when she heard Armin say that she had killed the "suicidal bastard", she stopped in shock.

The first one, Attack on Titan: Crimson Bow and Arrow, covers the first half of season 1. The second one, Attack on Titan: Wings of Freedom, covers the second half, the part you're watching right now. The third one, Attack on Titan: The Roar of Awakening, covers the second season. There will likely be one or two movies made to recap the third season, too, before season 4 comes out in fall 2020.
