Basically he needs to experience something drastically different to break out of his shell :p P.S. Read this somewhere but all abilities being S rank doesn't mean Bell is now the strongest. His abilities are S rank at level 1. Meaning he's reached the highest he can for that level. Level 2 would still be stronger than S rank in level 1 :p
