Yejin never needed that plum extract in the first place. It was only an excuse she made up to call Cindy to check whether she was doing fine. Yejin is a type who tries to look really tough but in fact a very delicate and caring person. She keeps saying that she doesn’t care about Cindy since she’s rude and all that but you can see from her actions that she truly cares about her.
