Well, there are a couple reasons why she thought this way or why it seems broken :) First - she never actually adventured far from her territory, so all her knowledge about illusion magic would be what closest to her players would know. In other worlds - players of same race, who if levelling it up - then without any racial advantages. She wouldn't have much interactions with spriggans either. So that's just biased rumors, really. Second - something like changing shape into that of a monster - doesn't change the stats of your avatar. Yes you have bigger reach, but you're also more exposed to taking hits. So, if your strength and etc are the same - it's only players like Kirito that would be able to on-hit kill others. An average player if transformed into something like this, would just be killed faster by catching every spell :D If we look carefully - Kirito's attack took like half of HPs of 3 players tanking it with heavy shields. The only thing that changed when he transformed, is that he was able to land attacks at bodies directly instead of shields
