Jonghyun does not only have really wide range in terms of notes but also voice colors because he can control it so well and sing in many different ways to get the exact sound and emotion that he wants or he thinks fit the specific song. He almost never sounds the same, I think so far you've heard maybe like 10-20% of how he can sound like, his solo discography is especially diverse in terms of both genres and how he sounds in them so I'm sure there are still many new discoveries waiting ahead. And yes this song is used for the encore part of the concerts :D
