"-sama" is a suffix, comparable to "-san", used when using the more respectful forms of Japanese. This emphasizes some other person's higher social status to your inferior one. In these fictional anime settings "-sama" is used a lot more often than in real life. It has no real English equivalent, but this anime uses "Great" as its translation..... Disintegration is the highest-level individual Holy Magic Spell..... The seating at Walpurgis, as well as the order of entry, reflects the order in which they became Demon Lords. There are a couple of exceptions due to the fact they arrived accompanying other Demon Lords.

He also is very well known for his role as Gintoki in Gintama and it's usually always fun to hear him. Adalman is/was technically stronger than Shuna in terms or raw magical power. Shuna doesn't posses the magic reserves to cast a powerful spell like Disintegration. But her unique skills and technique/talent with magic allow her to comprehend and manipulate spells that are beyond her own ability to cast. So she goaded Adalman into using his most powerful spell on her to then take it over and turn it into an AoE effect against him and his minions. Btw similar things go for Hakurou. In terms of raw power/energy he is actually one of the weakest Kijin. In his case it's his immense skill level, experience and masterful usage of his sword arts (in combination with his Unique skill) that let him outperform other monsters that technically should be way beyond him in terms of raw power.
