This is by far the best episode for me. But only because it felt so good that the idiots were killed. I am glad this anime has also some political aspects so that episodes where more action happens can be enjoyed even more..

Since Kirara was stronger and even had Unique Skills, Shogo gained a new Skill from killing her. Also, the black mist is when Rimuru creates anything larger than his own body, which they mentioned back in season 1 when he first made a body double after acquiring a human body and gained Ifrit's power.
