The company owner came up from nothing to build the company. He's from the same social class as the janitor and Ji An so he feels closer to them than the executives. I still don't know what the executives in that company actually do except scheming and spying. They don't actually do any work at all. Do's office is spotless and there's never anything on his desk.

What I have understood is that bcoz of Park Dong Un getting transferred to Busan, Mr Wang's party has one less member to be able to take over the charge from Jun Yeong and so they made Park Dong Hoon another director who seems to be on their side bcoz of his hatred towards Jun Yeong. And that is why everybody is saying that now that Park Dong Hoon has become a director, he will be able to fire Do Jun Yeong.
