Diaper girls는 일종의 '형별부대'로써 조직의 최하급 병력이자 '진정한 소모품'이다.

그들은 전투에서 도망친 겁쟁이들로 구성되며, 조직으로부터 마지막 기회를 받는다.

예외적으로 정신이 이상한 몇몇 소녀들이 자발적으로 소속되기도 하지만, 조직 내부에서의 취급은 똑같이 매우 열악하다.

같은 최하급 병력이지만 조직의 핵심 계층인 Crazy brown이나 높은 노동력을 보유한 노예와는 다르게, 그들은 조직 내부에서의 취급과 예정된 결말로 인해 항상 의욕이 없는 상태로 끔찍한 수준의 임무 수행 능력을 보여준다.

물론 위에 기재한 '예외적인 소녀들'은 운명을 맞이하기 전까지는 높은 만족도를 보이지만, 임무보다는 다른곳에 집중하는 성향때문에 큰 차이가 없을뿐더러, 오히려 더 심각한 개체도 발견된다.
