UI: The 9-Slice
Added 2017-10-10 15:21:34 +0000 UTCI decided to break up the UI theme into several parts and this is the first one. The 9-slice (and the 3-slice) is, in my opinion, the basic element of every UI and a good place to start, since you can reuse it pretty much everywhere.

2017-10-16 14:59:20 +0000 UTCI may be wrong, but I believe he's talking about the edge tiles - that they should tile with the corners and with themselves, so the boxes are expandable.
