Hige is still winning, but its a close race! Wakan Tanka, and Zapp are all 2 votes away from tying with him, and are all up for consolation prizes.
In the event of a tie for 2nd and/or 3rd place (if another character comes up), I will mostly likely decide via dice/RNG.
(EDIT: had someone counted twice! so i fixed the vote for that one. Shaggy had to be dropped a couple points cuz i counted Ruddy twice accidentally!)
