The struggle wouldn't be surprising depending on how strong they where and the tier of their skills. Not to mention the quality of their gear. Ryun also tends to experiment in his fights testing his power.

Gotta admit I’m slightly disappointed with how Ryun’s evolution has come along with his ability to fight, it seems without his evolved wolf form he’d would of been in serious trouble with these 3, if he’s not fighting armies with his buff he’s just another immortal cultivator

I agree. It does seem a bit dumb and short sighted not to get more information about who your assassins are. He just said he was not sure who they were and then said he did not care. I mean that feels really foolish.

Also, I hate Ryun a little for cutting off the villainous monologue. It's very much in character for Ryun, but *I* do care about the why. They're Dealmaker cultists, and I'd love to know more about the motivations and goals of the DM and the Three.

And strangely Ryun has the constant luck, that none of the attacks he gets hit with has an ethereal or soul damaging aspect to it, which would even harm him.

Man if Ryun continues to fight like this, he will die sooner or later... just because you have an insane recovery doesnt mean you have to take every hit, wtf. For example, if he took an injury to land a killing blow, nice, smart even, but taking blows left and right, without doing nothing to his enemies is just wasting stamina, Qi and Will. He only used Void Armour once... I am liking Zach more and more, the guy is weaker than Ryun, but at least he uses his power skillfully, its like how an esports pro even with the most trash ability or weapon in the game can make most lose against him, while Ryun is the kid on gta with the cheat codes.

Thanks for the chapter. The names of his techniques are still the same. Does this mean, Ryun hasn't changed or improved any of his techniques? I am asking, because it was mention several times, that Ryun spent the last few years mastering his power, learning and improving it. Hence I assumed, he improved at least one or more of his techniques, maybe even reached Relic rank in one of his paths.
