ロールスロイスから寝バック（イラスト2枚+漫画2p）

描いているときはずっと、ロールスロイスを押し倒したら寝バックになるのかな、とぼんやり考えていました。
また色んな体位が描けたら良いなと思っております。

I drew the first and fourth illustrations first, but then it occurred to me to draw the two pages of manga in between.
