He hates the Government and the Celestial Dragons. He is waiting for someone strong enough to beat him. Thats it. Doesn't need two entire episodes just to make that clear.

After 4 years the arc is coming to a conclusion and we will soon head to the new Egghead arc soon. I’m super happy I got watch both One Piece and your reactions too of Wano
