i 100% agree. nightfall actually loves him and cant have a relationship with him cause theyre spies. yor only cares about getting to keep being an assassin. she doesnt have any romantic feelings for loid. i sympathize way more with nightfall than yor. even if it changes in the future and she eventually develops feelings for him, it still doesnt change the fact that at this moment nightfalls motivations are way more pure

After seeing how it'd be like if Fiona were Anya's mother, I've come to the conclusion that, not only is Anya better off with Yor as her mother, but I don't think Fiona should have kids. At least until that particular outlook of hers changes. I know it was supposed to be funny, but honestly, I felt that it fell flat

Ahhh! I am so conflicted. No one can replace Yor but god damn I am down bad for Fiona already, her design is really cool.
Edit: My god now I am depressed lol.

It wasn't a genuine smile, but a mostly fake one with his real emotions leaking through a bit. I feel like some subbers try to come up with something completely different for no reason other than being different, even if it actually changes the meaning of what it said.

Honestly, I couldn't tell what she meant by that comment. I thought she was naively saying "I know Loid better than you, and that smile is fake" when in reality, it was a genuine smile. I'm glad you posted this, as your understanding of the scene makes way more sense.

I thought nightfall was saying. That she has seen so many fake smiles. But that one that loid did was not 100% fake.
