If you have the heroic heirloom trinkets from legion, examples like Orb of void sight or Gronntooth war horn. They are baseline 129 item power 0/3.
You can upgrade them to 189 item power by doing 2/3 I already tested if you take them to 3/3 breaks them and drops them to the real item power of 69 which they should be scaled to.

Simply right-click on their corpses-there is no loot or loot box or indicator you've done it successfully-but you'll find that bot player no longer respawns.

A relatively minor one this but interesting nonetheless. At Mereldar Arathi Infirmary (43 52) Hallowfall, there are several "injured soldiers" lying around. If these are healed by any method such as class abilities or cheap bandages purchased from the auction house, they award the player a 3 hour buff.
