Ok, this is getting annoying...
Added 2017-07-01 12:37:52 +0000 UTCIn case you guys might not notice, Ive received 40-something patrons down to 33 patrons with 60-something dollars and according to my patreon manager, at least some of my supporters are deemed to be fraud. All I gotta say is that if you're gonna delete your pledge before the payment goes thru, the least you could do is please tell me WHY you made your decision because it gives off the impression that you don't really care about supporting me, you're just pretending to support me just to see my artwork...

I've read the same story on several other creators Patreon pages. They went to the same model of charging upfront. They had NSFW levels that people were pledging for, grabbing stuff, then canceling. Jackasses.

2017-07-02 03:13:15 +0000 UTCIt's an on going thing. People make fake pledges to look at art for free or steal it then they delete their pledges within that week. That's why Patreon adding the option to charge Patrons up front when they make their pledges. About 2 weeks ago I had at least 1 or 2 people making fake pledges several times. Had this happen several times the previous year as well so I had to charge people up front. It sucks.

2017-07-01 14:37:11 +0000 UTCAnd thus we discover the true underbelly on Patreon. This is the one negative aspect of being a creator on this site. This happens to me all the time, which is why I fear the beginning of every month when I am online!
