Do not subscribe using the iOS app! + achievements delays
Added 2024-11-28 06:50:40 +0000 UTCJust putting out a warning for anyone unaware, but Apple is charging 30% off of every Patreon transaction when using the iOS app. Which means you are charged an additional 30% every subscribed month if you subscribed using this app. Subscribing from the website or Android would save you this fee, and this should not impact you if you were already subscribed, but I would recommend double checking.

On another note, I had a bit of trouble fixing and finishing achievements. I planned on having them dealt with this week but I had some other stuff to go over that took longer than anticipated (bug fixes...).
The update will not be delayed and still come out this Saturday, but the achievement system will unfortunately get delayed by a few days. Note this does only affect achievements: other changes, including the improved gallery, will come out with the main update.
That said, I may also delay Zen mode, thinking about it. It's a new difficulty setting where you can basically retry if you die. It's done and working, but the drawback is not being able to get achievements. I still want people to have an incentive to not play on the easiest difficulty setting, so I probably only gonna push it alongside achievements.
