If you didn't notice, alot of the backgrounds used in Bocchi are actual shot locations from Shimokitazawa, Tokyo. This includes the fictional music venue, Starry, which is almost a one-to-one design of the actual music venue, Shelter. In a sense, Bocchi has made Shimokitazawa also an anime tourism destination rather than just an area known for its fashion and music. This in particular also applies to Shelter, which unfortunately led to them making a notice on social media to dissuade tourists from just taking pictures near the staircase as it was blocking the entrance from potential actual customers.
