Illegal cliffhangers is kinda Bones thing also I think the reason Mob stopped the car instead of moving the cat is it was safer, if he puts a barrier around the cat and the car runs into the car it gets messed up but also when he stopped the car it didn't stop immediately so the car about to hit the kid was even closer so not only did he not have the time his instincts probably kicked in and if hed made his barrier too strong wouldve destroyed the car also it was a split second decision
