The Toy Witch Plays with Sakura Haruno (Toy TF, Naruto)

Beneath her, the Hidden Village in the Leaves sprawled like a colony of ants–ninja ants with shuriken and magic eyes. A part of her wanted to reach out and squash them.
“Hmm, what should I do…? What should I do…? Argh, it’s so hard to choose! I wanna new toy! I wanna new toooooy!” Teddy shook her arms in frustration, swinging side to side on her broom until at last, with a scream, she slipped over the side. Luckily, she managed to catch herself with her feet before she could tumble to her death.
“Ooo, wait!” she cried, hanging upside down. “That looks like an interesting toy!” On the street below her strolled a young woman with pink hair and a purple diamond on her forehead. “I bet she’ll be tons of fun to play with!”
With a laugh, she flipped right side up and drove her broom down, down towards the ground.
Below, Sakura Haruno looked up with a frown, though even her careful eyes failed to penetrate Theodora’s invisibility cloak. As the ninja resumed her walk, Teddy brought her broom to a stop, hovering carefully over her, and rummaged in her bag for her ever-useful wand, which looked like a piece of cheap plastic crap she’d found in a charity shop. When she shook it, it still produced a small shower of magic sparkles though, so it was good enough for her. “Now, let’s see… What kind of toy should I make you…? Hmmm… Ah! I know!” Giggling, the Toy Witch held her wand over Sakura’s head and shook.
Several seconds passed before the Toy Witch’s target realized something was happening. Coming to a stop, Sakura looked around and blinked in concern. “Wh-what is that…? What’s happening?” Whether by good intuition or sheer coincidence, she happened to look in Theodora’s direction–raising her hand to shield her eyes from the sun, she squinted. “Is there something–?”
Pop! With a sound like a bursting balloon, Sakura’s hand transformed into the stubby mitten of a plush toy. “Argh!” Screaming, she stumbled back, clasping her hand as if it had tried to throttle her. Breathing hand, she raised the other and struggled to perform a hand seal, but she barely even managed to wiggle her fingers before her other hand copied the first with a pop! “Ah!”
With both her hands reduced to plump, stubby mitts, Sakura froze, looking around in terror. “Help me!” she cried. “Someone–!”
Pop! Just like that, her mouth became a doll’s stitched-on smile, and nothing else.
“Mmmphf! Mmmphf!” Rubbing her face with a stubby paw, Sakura struggled to scream, her eyes wide in terror.
High above, Teddy giggled. “Aw, so cute.”
It wasn’t long before Sakura realized panicking wasn’t going to help her. With one last cry for help, she turned and ran as fast as her legs could carry her, which was pretty fast, considering she was a ninja.
“Hey!” cried Teddy, struggling to keep up.
Fortunately, she didn’t have to worry. A moment later, she heard a pair of gigantic pops, and Sakura dropped to the ground, kicking her stubby new legs and moaning.
Laughing, Teddy hurried to catch up with her. Floating down a little, she grabbed the ninja’s wrist and wrenched her back to her feet. Sakura tried to pull away and run, but the fact her limbs were full of stuffing instead of muscle now made this a little difficult.
“Hold still!” said Teddy. “I’m not finished with you yet!” Shaking her wand over the unfortunate ninja’s head, she laughed as Sakura’s terrified eyes popped into a pair of buttons. A second later, her hair followed it, transformed from living locks into the course yarn of a rag doll. Sakura continued to squirm, but it made little difference at this point.
Over the span of the next few seconds, she continued to change, her chest flattening, her hips thinning, and her torso and limbs shrinking relative to her head, until her entire body finally collapsed in weight and size. Releasing her wrist, Teddy allowed her to drop…
…But instead of a human being, it was a simple rag doll that struck the street, its button eyes aimed mindlessly at the sky above.
Sheathing her wand, Teddy burst into laughter. “Aw, you look so cute!” Flitting down, she scooped the former ninja up again and squeezed her against her chest so hard it seemed Sakura might burst a seam. “We’re going to have so much fun together!”
A tiny moan, barely audible, emanated from Sakura’s mouth. It was so subtle even Theodora barely noticed it.
“Now,” she said, swinging Sakura around and around till her wrist threatened to tear. “Just what shall we do first? Maybe a tea party? I’ll have to introduce you to all my other toys, of course…”
Before she could decide, a hideous scream stabbed Teddy’s ears. Shooting back up into the air, Teddy soon found the source of it: a little girl blubbering in the middle of the street over a stuffed cat who looked like he’d pissed off the Jacobins. “Mr. Ninneko, nooooo! Why’d you let me cut your head oooooooooff?!” She casts her kunai aside with a wail of despair.
Theodora cocked her head from left to right, biting her lip in indecision. Finally, she sighed. “Sometimes I hate being a good guy.” Floating forward, she cast off her invisibility cloak. “Hello little ninja person! Don’t cry! Here, you can have this toy!” And before the little girl could protest, Teddy stuffed Sakura straight into her hands.
“Wow, thanks, big sis!” said the little girl. “I always beat Mr. Ninneko at the decapitation game, but maybe Miss Kunoichi will have more luck!” Grabbing her kunai, she ran off, Sakura trailing from one arm with what would probably have been a look of terror, if she were still human.
“Ah~,” said Theodora, resting her head in her hand with a sigh. “It’s fun doing good deeds!”
