Omg I love this arc! A few things- Inosuke was born on a Mountain and presumably raised by wild animals. He doesn't have much knowledge about society in general. He mentioned in ep 14 that he can't read or write. So he doesn't know a lot of big words. Also the 12 Kizuki are the strongest demons. All demons work for Muzan, since he's the first demon and the strongest as well as the only demon who can create other demons. (expect for the One demon Lady Tamayo created). And the stronger the demon, the more people they've killed and eaten to obtain that power. Finally, the Hashira are the strongest rank of demon slayer! They're extremely strong. And you mightve notice that we've seen one before (the one with black/blue spikey hair) because he's the first Demon Slayer Tanjiro encountered back in episode one!
