Issue 13 + Tier update + Macaw45 gifts

Issue 13 should be out in around two weeks time - one week to finish it up, one week to get it from the printers.
Back issue tiers will be removed soon. Don't worry, you'll still be able to get physical back issues, but I'd rather have them on an online store than a monthly tier.
The video attached is of some novelty gifts I sent to Macaw45 over in Australia - easily my most favourite streamer that I have an infinite amount of respect for. It was fun!
I had been storing a ton of European games that he had been buying since near the start of the year and finally shipped them in a massive 5.6kg box, and added these silly things at the bottom to fill it out. There's a lot of in-jokes that might go over peoples heads, but it's still satisfying to see different cultures travel across the world and land in other peoples hands.
