Plot Point Perfection 2022

You asked!

So I have attempted to answer!

Xavier Joanblanq

The only plot point I care about is the capsule where the apprentice silver witch and the others are. I guess we're gonna wait quite a bit before it happens, but still. Can't wait.

The people left behind in Tal Mor will not be seen until Eve figures out a way to return past the Primordial Dust’s blockade of the Prison Plane. She has a plan now based on using the Summoning Ritual to leave ‘waypoints,’ allowing her to map where she is in preparation for escape.

ShadeByTheSea

I just feel like they'll be so far behind they won't matter to the story anymore, not to mention she's basically already replaced them.

They will matter little to Eve’s personal power but a great deal to her in terms of a relationship. She will make the offer when she leaves Tal Mor to take anyone who desires with her. However, she won’t compel them.

Gunnar Crider

How does eve compare to others at her tier? Is she average? A once-in-a-generation genius? A once-in-creation genius?

Eve is a top-end battle power. She would be considered a monster rather than a genius. Her growth isn’t hindered by simplistic things like morals. Power is the language that can be understood no matter the species.

Matthew

I'd like to know what is happening while being summoned from the Prison Plane to where they currently are. If she's there, what's happening in the Prison Plane?

There will be chapters back on the Prison Plane. No worries.

If she's agreed to be summoned in place of the others with Demon blood, what happens when multiple summonses happen at once, while she's fulfilling a summons, or if she's completed one and returns?

She chooses which to agree to. For the first summon, she sent Bennie over to test the waters, so to speak.

The tree has been using summoning to relieve boredom, but it obviously can't uproot itself, so I'm leaning more towards an Avatar being summoning.

That is correct, it is an Avatar-type summons. This is both beneficial and not, it prevents her from dying due to the way Eve’s Talisman of Dust works. However, it also means she cannot escape the Prison Plane in this manner.

Then again, the tree wanted to protect its less fortunate, so that implies risk of death.

The risk of death exists for weaker Tiers only.

All this wasn't really explained in the chapter she agreed to the contract or afterward. It just jumped to the summoning. Either I missed it, or I'm hoping it'll be taken care of in passing in the future.

The contract with the Tree was for the Ritual. In essence, Eve takes a ‘slot’ that would normally be used by the Elves. The Tree can still send elves to other places, just nowhere that Eve is. The rest is the mutual non-aggression, don’t talk about me, etc.

I'm also curious how she's going to fulfill the contract for the drugs and her goddess prayers in the Prison Plane while off doing her thing.

Bennie as a High Priestess, can fulfill that duty, the power of delegation at work!

What's up with her familiar lady?

The former elf or beastkin she left on Tal Mor. We knew she was alive and preparing for Eve's return but it's been a while. What's she up to?

Have the Tal Mor witches learned of Eve from her?

Stuff like that. Unless it's all addressed at a later date.

It is addressed at a later date, closer to when she escapes from the Prison Plane.

Seconded. I'm interested in those Eve left behind in Tal Mor. Both the Wolves and Sara. How far have the wolves expanded their territory, and have they taken their revenge?

They will have chapters denoting taking their revenge separate from the main story now that I have slowly mastered the power of Table of Content: Side Stories!

How successful has Sara been in her dungeon and business ventures?

Very. She’s quite immoral, after all.

Is she waiting for Eve to come back before starting their territory proper so she can use the expertise in her group that's currently in stasis?

Yes. Book 2 with the Prison Plane is a microcosm for the Tal Mor e.g., Book 3. Tal Mor will be where higher orders of power are learned.

How about after the 1000 years of vacation before Eve even starts her attempt into the Depths in order to get the tools needed to bypass The Dust?

She will gather materials for Kudzu’s Tier and Immortality experiments on' vacation.' A bit of a working vacation, to be sure.

I liked the chapters on Eve's Brother and what he is up to on earth

I will work more PoV from him into the book, but it will likely be to the end of the Prison Plane arc.

Gregory Hunsicker

Not really a question, but more of a discussion opener/wild guess. But While Eve is in a summoned form, this isn't her real form. Just something she's crafted, an avatar of sorts in order to puppet. The real Eve is still on the prison plane, her attention and power split between the two forms. Wonder if I'm right :p

Correct.

ShadeByTheSea

what happened to the two girls she took in from the arena? they should have been in the house when she crossed over.

The two women arena fighters are currently in hibernation chambers within the Hut.

Matthew

I don't think so. I seem to remember something about that merchant loading everyone up in casks and shipping off somewhere while Even providing a distraction. I think they got teleported to him. Eve does have a habit of meeting interesting business opportunities and missing them with plot shifts, huh?

Truth.

I'd like to know about other, more normal, people that got isekaied from earth. Did they die?

Many do, but few people grasp that in a population of billions if even .01% of them are isekai-ed we are talking THOUSANDS on just that planet alone. Yet we have so few stories, a paltry hundred of them. It really makes you think what happened to the others? In my story, they die. If you are dropped into a random location with barely anything or a random race with barely any knowledge, the idea that you will just zing along into a harem or a pile of money is completely unrealistic in my setting. Unless you happen to be literal Dimensional Royalty like Eve is due to her brother.

You die.

Alone.

Far from home.

And usually in great graphic pain.

Did they have fun?

The very, VERY few that manage to survive to do. Goldfingers are powerful if they manage to live long enough.

Did they suffer immensely?

Many do.

Did they bring people from other worlds back with them? To their own worlds?

Yes, rarely. The problem is to reach the level of power it would take to move another person instead of just yourself is IMMENSE. At that rank of power, it is quite rare to still have mortal attachments. The other side of the problem is going back to their ‘old world’ has a massive cost in power loss. Few are interested in doing so after reaching that level.

If so, what are the consequences of that?

Like poking a hole in a dam, they usually introduce Mana to their own universe. A side effect is a System, like William, follows them back, gaining a new slice of Reality to own.

My curiosity demands satisfaction!

Be satisfied!

Will any of her brothers’ enemies show up?

Yes, a very weak servant of one will be encountered at the end of Book Three as she leaves Tal Mor. Can’t go further in without really big spoilers, sorry.

Matthew

From the way he's been described, even Chuthulu is scared to directly confront him, only making minor annoyances as a form of rebellion. I'd think it'd be more "pawn" level forces, looking to make a good impression towards forces they consider powerful, targetting Eve. Like they did in her home world. They misunderstood the game/lay of the universe and made a no-no when trying to curry favor over some offhanded comment. Come to think of it, that's usually a stereotypical response with mortals starting crusades for something their "god" says in passing, at least in novels.

Correct. She’s also so far from her brother that, in theory, she’s quite far from his enemies too.

Up till her fight with the dragon, you had some focus on Eve's missing limbs, after which it feels like she forgot about them. As she’s gotten stronger, will she potentially be upgrading them in the same way as her ritual materials and supercharge them with a ritual-esc hellcat engine?

Yes, they are upgraded when she finally hits Tier 7. Tier Seven will allow her to completely reform her immortal shell with substitution of the Primordial Dust's damage with Witch's Dust because at that Tier, her power allows repair. Before she Tiers up, she buys information from the System to try and min-max herself.

Matthew Bentley

This might be much because you’ve only created their barebones, but I’ve always wondered how Eve’s parents are doing.

They are doing fantastic. Pretty easy path when your son is a carte blanche Emperor Everything he can see.

Like what special training did they get?

Their Tiers were raised without effort through favors from the Monk and Bear’s assistance.

What was their reaction to finding out their son was a major force in the multiverse?

They took it well, for mortals.

Their reaction to Eve being gone?

Patient rage. Their son explained that it likely wasn’t an accident. So they are waiting, patiently, to demonstrate that it was a VERY BAD idea.

Isaac Hill

I second this, I hadn't even thought about that, but it would be really interesting.

I will likely do a PoV chapter for each of them at the start of Book Four.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

This is the opportunity of a year!

If you have a plot point you have always wondered about, then mention it in the comments below.

I will build a poll, and the top few will get a separate chapter to tie off the thread of fate that applies to it!

You have questions!

I have answers!

*cheering noises*

P.S. These will be extra chapters and will not delay the regular schedule in any way, shape, form, or dimensional shenanigans.

P.S.S. I'll take comments up until 06/26/2022 when building the poll.

I'll be organizing the comments as of 07/02/2022, thank you!~
