There are a couple of things that eventually resulted in this. For a while I've had this idea of "Ash's Guide to Smollness" that I've never quite gotten enough ideas written down for, but the idea works pretty well as a gag for guiding a miniaturized Muffin around! And as for the Barbie's Dreamhouse Double Bed... that's just canon - it's always been canon, Ashley sleeps on a plastic toy bed that she's covered in softer felt and cushion balls in her hole in the wall haha
