Freezing Temps & No Winter Gear (Back in Iceland for Winter)
Added 2026-01-04 17:09:31 +0000 UTCSo I went back to Iceland for the winter and on my way here, my luggage with all my winter gear got lost. Which is exactly what you DONT want to happen when traveling to Iceland in the winter haha!
I plan to be here for the next 2 weeks doing some winter camping but thankfully it’s actually an oddly warm and calm winter here.
So while not having my winter gear isn’t as bad as it seems, it definitely for an interesting start to this adventure.
For these next couple of weeks, I’ll be traveling in Iceland in a campervan again. I don’t plan on producing as many videos as last time I was here, maybe 2 or 3 but those will all live on YouTube.
However, I wanted to show all my lovely patreon subs what I’ve been up to lately! ❤️

I love the Iceland videos! I was interested because I read some books by Ragnar Jonasson that take place in Iceland, so it was fun seeing Iceland from someone on the ground.

Your Iceland content is missing a few very key features from your usual content - the two biggest ones are - obviously - you're not in YOUR Van - which we've all grown to love watching you live in it. And of course - no Millie! in addition to that - it's a weird time of the year - most ppl are traveling and doing stuff with family (ie, not spending as much time watching content online). At least, that was very true for me. That said - the footage you've captured from Iceland is simply stunning! I'm more excited than ever to go and visit.

I was pointing out to my partner how much work is clearly put into setting up the camera to capture lighting and how you clearly are mapping out what shots you want, presumably on the fly, and that can't be easy! I guess just be reassured that people will watch your chill content in a van and you don't have to spend loads on travel to maintain the audience.

Is he suffering from Burnout or something? While I would be stoked to see more from him, I hope he gets enough rest and post only when he feels like it.
