Mr. Compress Vs Momo, Goblins and sketchs

Hiiii, sorry for the delay since the last post. After finishing the last mini comic, I decided to take some time to study, do some storyboards, and focus on some other side projects. Now I wanted to talk a little about goblins. I love goblins, and I have an old 2-page mini comic about goblins that people seem to really like, but I wasn't very happy with how I designed the goblins there. So, while I was thinking about new goblins, I remembered that I really liked the design of the old goblins in the illustrations by Brazilian artist TheSabu, where he portrayed them with a rather uncanny appearance (in a good way). So I decided to try something along those lines, but trying to give them a more feral aspect, like wild monkeys who act with little regard for their own lives, something similar to what you see with the War Brothers from Mad Max: The Fury Road, with one member of the tribe willing to give their life for the others. I also wanted to do something that involved teamwork among the goblins, and this post has some concepts I did about them.

The idea is that they are beings that live in the trees of the forest, looking for adventurers to kill, and they always travel in swarms, being considered extremely dangerous monsters. One of their most common hunting tactics is to hide in trees, wait for prey to pass by, and then some goblins throw ropes they've made themselves, trying to lasso adventurers (usually aiming for the neck). When the lasso hits the unsuspecting adventurer, around 4-7 goblins jump from the other side of the tree, using the trunk as leverage, and hang the adventurer.

Even if they miss the neck and end up hitting an arm or an object, they can still use this tactic to finish the adventurer off shortly afterward.

Now, why am I saying all this? I just wanted to share something that was on my mind. Maybe I'll do an illustration of a goblin attack later. I'd love to hear your opinions and suggestions on what to do with the goblins, though. I was thinking that they generally wouldn't wear clothes, and their body decorations would be just rope ornaments and tattoos.
