The free resort is seperate. So in total you get a free resort + half off 1 resort, 1 park section, and all the sub options attatched to them. Does that help?

Is the investor you choose deciding which free resort and park you get, or offering them half off if you buy them, and take any one for free? Also, in the parks, the camp ground option has the same text as the cyberslums.
