Status update Episode 5

This week I mainly worked on the script and static renders. I posed ~330 renders and some animations as well.
1077 renders and 111 animations are complete, on top of that I have a healthy queue waiting to render.
I spent some time playtesting the update, to get a feel for it. It's going to be a fairly big one.
I can't accurately estimate how many renders are left to pose, but I think it will be more than 2000 renders and ~130-140 animations in total.
I bought more licensed songs for the game, but some of them are earmarked for future episodes, meaning I won't add everything at once. I'm definitely loving the new freedom I've gotten with using licensed music.
Jill won the poll for a longer animation, so look forward to that in Episode 5.

2020-03-27 16:26:36 +0000 UTCComplete seasons on Steam is the current plan. I don't want to take a risk doing it per episode on Steam. It would halt development between each update, make version management/bug fixing harder and wouldn't work great with other Steam features such as achievements. Overall, the development will be faster this way.
