The Update™️ -- August 2023

Hey again. Decided on the former. 😎

Let's get into it:

• Upper [Limits] Management goes public Saturday. Will give it a little touchup tomorrow, nothing major. I don't normally lean on the "lol it's like a wacky cartoon!" angle too much with OCs, but these feel very appropriate. Especially given the guy who made these characters usually depicts them getting squeezed and flattened and all that sorta stuff.
• Big Trouble in the Little Chinese Buffet has been polished up and is currently in a state I feel at least comfortable with. Might adjust it more, but for now I'm satisfied. It has BGM now! Thank God.
• A couple of other ones I finished editing (*in my usual "finished [subject to change]" definition) are Gallery Closing and Tuff Puff. They both fall under the umbrella of "this story looks cool and would probably sound cool in audio form". Sometimes I just come across something and think that. These usually take a back seat to poll winners and patron rewards, though.

That said, here's where some of those are standing:

• A Bloated Lich Inside This Odd Shop! has all lines received as of like, 3ish days ago. Guess which one I'm editing right now? :^)
• Junko the Superheavyweight has Junko's, Chihiro's, and Aoi's lines received. Monokuma might be a tricky character to cast, but I'll manage.
• Fellows of Petty Rivalry has Albedo's, Shalltear's, and Yuri Alpha's lines received. Will likely edit this after Wiz. Ainz still in the "hmmmm" stage, though he only shows up in the alternate ending.
• Splatfest! Water vs Helium vs Air is (finally) getting sent out. Shiver's lines are received, Frye's lines are sent, and Big Man will be given a little more thought before I decide on a VA.
• Touhou Barunparti ~ Glimmering Rubber Wonderland, despite being the largest-scale project, is surprisingly close. Out of the thirteen characters: 7 are received, 3 are sent out, and the last 2 (tentatively) belong to one VA who I haven't asked yet. Think I'll show off the lines next month when I (presumably) have all of them.
• Slime in the Sky is just about ready to be sent out. Two roles that I've already cast before, should be fairly straightforward.

Needless to say, I've got my work cut out for me next month. In terms of editing, I'm currently thinking... Wiz → Shalltear → first part of that touhou one?
