I just typed it and it works for me. Make sure you are typing it all out correctly and using proper capitalization according to the password. If you need to make sure, try typing it into notepad first so you can visually see it to verify you typed it right, then copy and paste it in.

The videos share worked just fine last night, but now it's saying "File not found." Could it be that the share has expired, since it's been about 90 days since this post was made?

Make sure you aren't clicking on the https://cloud.cutefunny.art/ url and are actually clicking on the link title. IE click on the words 02 Video for the link. Not the url at the very bottom of the box which is just the main site address

You don't have to login? You just click the link and it lists the files. I just checked it and it is working fine. Maybe try another browser? I have not ever heard of that error so I am not sure what to suggest, but it is definitely working correctly right now.

There is no login required. There may be heavy traffic right now and you might have to keep trying.

The shared folder will be blank while it loads in the file list. Generally this is instant, but if the site is slow, which it is during certain times of the day, it will take a little while. You may have to try back after a short while. I have talked with the provider and they plan on getting a better server as soon as one is available. Sorry for the troubles.

When I click the link for download I get a blank page with the only option being download all but that's it. Is this an issue with the browser or something?

Also, you may try leaving the password field blank and hitting ok and see if that will still work since its not pass protected.

None of my files have a password. It might be your extracting software. It's possible you may need to try something like 7zip or an equivalent.

why do all files come password protected when you dont have the password listed in any of your posts?

I just saw that I have "Avery HJ.mp4" from the past MEGA links, is it missing on purpose here or was it overlooked?

I'm not entirely sure but it sounds like that you are downloading my virtamate files and trying to open them as videos 😮 Are you getting this issue from a file downloaded from the video archive and not any other? If so, can you let me know which file this happened on?

I did. This just downloaded text files with a .jpeg but no video files

Fanbox does not give the option to refund. Did you use 7zip on your laptop to unzip the file?

Hi. I was wondering if possible to get my money back? I understand if not, I’ve just been trying to figure this out for 6 hours and can’t get it. Im on mobile and tried all the apps I could and made sure I had enough storage, but when I manage to get the files unzipped, one file will just be a page with text and the other will be a blank white screen. I tried on my laptop and just got more confused, and am beginning to think I’m not gonna be able to figure this out. Mega also just tells me “the archive could not be compressed with the provided password” even when I know im putting it in right.
