When it comes to sleep paralysis, I have it pretty often but it’s so weird because it never includes like a demon or anything. It’s like my life is still going on around me like I’ll be in my bed and I cannot move. But like my old roommates or my mom, they would come in and talk to me ask if I want to go with them somewhere and I’d be like hold on. I literally just cannot get out of bed. I’m stuck and then I’d realize it’s a dream and wake myself up.
