Ballet is also amazing for back exercises and building strength! There’s lots of beginner classes in my area maybe there’s some near you too :)

A simple way to build back and core strength is planks. There are some tools to help take pressure off joints during planking (Pure Plank is one). If you are consistent with it, it will help. Also keep up with yoga and stretching and see a physical therapist if you want professional help

I’m (M26) working through back pain. I went to a physical therapist for a bit and learned my gluteus medius and transverse abdominals are weak. I haven’t removed the pain but I also haven’t been consistent with my work outs until recently. If you want permanent recovery only strengthening your muscles will change that. A chiropractor will only give temporary relief that’s why they are so successful because people continuously return. Although, chiropractic adjustments can help you get to a point where you can effectively strengthen the weak muscles.

do not trust chiropractors. they are anti vaxers and its a pseudoscience. go to physical therapists instead, they will not only help you stretch but also help you strengthen the areas of concern.

Chiropractic medicine is a psuedoscience, the founder of it all says a doctor that died 50 years prior told him all of it as a ghost, but I ain't a doctor, do what you want

I recommend a physical therapist for back pain! I went like twice and they showed me how to stretch and what to work out for my specific lower back pain, and it definitely helps

trying to sneakily make out with your boyfriend while on a school trip, sitting under harsh black lights and listening to the haunting, disembodied voice of garfield say “CAT STEW, YUM YUM” on a too loud audio loop was a local rite of passage. rip garfield’s nightmare we miss you

I had intense upper back pain from my manual labor job, and a chiropractor fixed my issues in 2 visits. Couldn't even stand up for longer than 30min to completely recovered in 2 weeks. I also work out tho, and that definitely helps.
