I think the boys had their way of doing things then got two more hosts and improved the content but the dynamic got confusing. They’ve gone to having topics from constantly being told they need stuff to talk about because it’s true the same old jokes aren’t funny. Hasan I think has severe brain rot where if there’s any moment of dead air he has to fill or he’ll lose viewers so he interrupts and talks non stop. Anyways good episode this week, qt didn’t seem all there hopefully she finds a therapist

You'll notice when people bring up TS naturally QT is happy to talk about it vs when Hasan, for example, goes "...and so i looked up this thing about taylor swift to ask (and inevitably shut down) QT about" for the 20th time lol

I think everyone works well to keep every other member grounded but there's a lot of talking and playing up characters and not much listening. I get theres a fear of being open because of that but i think it would help the vibes

And about the topics they fall back in to talking about, the worst part is that they get brought up even when they still have other stuff to talk about. At any point in any conversation they can pivot to talking about how gay Austin is, or how crazy Taylor Swift fans and Mormons are, or how they would/wouldn't fuck each other.

They often strike gold with a storytime or comedic obsurdity and they also often feel like they’ve been squirrel holed into playing one dimensional characters in a story where they’re all of different pages of the script.

When it comes to Taylor, she mostly just seems to appreciate her as the vehicle for the music she likes and she finds the lore around the music interesting. I think that puts her in the category of non-toxic Swifties which is most important and definitely not a given in that fan base but she often gets inflated to be lumped in with them and that can get old.

The gums just absorb it without the cuts anyway. Zyns are bad, but smoking is worse. At least it seems like Zyns/nicotine pouches are way less carcinogenic since it removes all of the smoking/tobacco from the equation. I mean, don't do Zyns for fun, that's stupid, you'll just get addicted to nicotine for no reason. But there are people who quit smoking but still have Zyns, essentially using it like nicotine gum to satisfy their nicotine craving. I'm fine with that.

(which sometimes happens on here too!! but way less often)

Also, regarding Fear&, there was a super sweet moment during the episode this week when QT was talking about Love is Blind and Hasan began to interrupt her and Will immediately shut him down
