My wife and I realized that the “burlesque” shows are more variety and they show boob because they think that’s what people want to see. There are a couple true burlesque shows but it’s hard to find them in the sea of sexy variety shows. I bet Maya would hate absinthe because the host was so aggressive and kept talking to the audience and making the uncomfortable. The restaurant experience reminds me of going to best friends and having a live dj during dinner as well. It was so loud and not fun. The irony in the crazy swifties saga was hilarious though. Thanks for giving us 2 episodes, I was afraid the live show may have been the only one!

There’s dozens of them all over LA and in basically every major US city… you guys probably never went to one of them during their transition hours hence your bad experience but they’re great and give the restaurants an opportunity to cash in on the night scene if they’re located in downtown areas :)
