This can be a check in with just yourself, a friend, family, or a partner. Say "I feel _____ because ______" It's so fucking hard at first but once you learn to identify a feeling and then figure out what it is that caused that feeling it helps a lot to eliminate that numbness! It can be something as simple as "I feel irritated because I can't identify what I'm feeling".
