Even though the doc forbade her working on the upper body for the next 3 months Yana really enjoyed her light practice in this gym... This is where you can progress next to these fitness monsters. #fitnessmotivation
But how she can return here from her family life? Well, that's the question.

And if her husband doesn't support her... She can become stronger than him. And she and her fit friends can convince him, friendly or stern
