New Sticker Set is in my Shop!

Alright, so after much head bashing I finally got my website running much better (I basically rebuilt the whole thing X.X )

https://thestablecomics.com/shop/

Unfortunately due to GPSR regulations in the EU I am not currently able to ship there, I am hoping they come up with a viable solution for microbusinesses like mine in the future, but for now you will see the shipping option for the EU is basically unusable. :( I am sorry about that, it sucks, but its way out of my control. If you have a friend in the UK, or another non EU country you can send packages too and then pick up when you visit that person I am able to ship anywhere that is not in the European Union.

they just updated it (as of december 2024) and now it includes everyone(instead of just big businesses) , and to comply you have to have a representative in the EU who will take on liability of your product and also product safety information on every component of every product you carry. It's just not possible for me to comply at this time. It really sucks, I am sorry. I am hopefully that they will release further information soon and have more options for micro businesses like mine. https://www.etsy.com/seller-handbook/article/1093438529659 There is a part about works of art maybe being exempt, but I can't find any further info at this time.

Can somebody tell me why GPSR is suddenly a problem when shipping to the Netherlands? I have ordered the stable comic and stickers last year if i am correct, and they were shipped to the Netherlands just fine, so i am at aloss whats wrong now ? i looked on the net and it seems its possible to ship items from outside the eu to teh eu as longa s you declare them witch can bee done electronically according to this website https://business.gov.nl/running-your-business/international-business/import/importing-products-from-a-non-eu-country/ anybody can explain this ?
