Reroll: Migraine Cure

I wanted to have a new illustration done before end of this month but it looks like it's not gonna be possible D: My right eye has been going through some complications this week and it's making me head feel like it's gonna explode any minute. Unfortunately this has reduced the amount of time I can look at screens for until this flareup passes.
So I'm bringing back an older exclusive drawing featuring headache pills and nurses! I remember drawing this one, feels like just yesterday but my files say 2023~ Weird how time works.
